I read by chance in Stern magazine a report on the musical "King of the Lions", with many beautiful photos of the costumes and scenery, but also a strong criticism of the pronunciation of the actresses and singers: "It sounds a little like Rudi Carrell meets Trapattoni..."

Speech training for actors and actresses normally takes into account only native speakers. Little attention is given to foreign speakers, for reasons of time or cost, or because the trainer lacks the necessary skills.
At the same time there is an increasing number of "European" productions, particularly in the field of musicals, for the German, Austrian and Swiss stage, with actors and actresses of various native tongues. The need for speech training, which would limit the foreign sound of the players on a German stage, is also growing.
Experience shows that pure repetition in rehearsals is not usually sufficient, the pronunciation phenomena must be better anchored.
I offer extra pronunciation courses corresponding approximately with rehearsals, small groups or individual training, also speech coaching during rehearsals.
